Learn to make extra money from your building

A great way of making extra income in your building is to offer extra services to your clients. These include doing gardening services, performing cleaning duties in their offices and proving lunch and refreshments for an extra cost. Another way is to also expand on your parking space and ensure that tenants rent their parking bays also.

Create a property management app

Going tech is always the best route for a Burbank business in this day. Creating your own property management app is the best way to ensure that you get reminded when one of your buildings is due for repainting, safety checks and so much more. We know people tend to forget, but with an app that keeps on making an annoying noise when one of your buildings is due for servicing the elevators, you will have slim chances of disappointing your tenants.

Do not be too greedy with the rent money

The best way to fall in love with your client, mostly in residential property leasing, is to be upfront and never show signs of greediness with them. When coming in, your property manager should be open and not charge ridiculous rent money that does not match the kind of the facility. It is better to receive slightly less rent money than to receive nothing at all, perhaps your mortgage will still be waiting for you, keep that in mind.

Make them pay rent online

Most tenants do not like seeing the landlord’s face from time to time. It will be a nice thing for you to opt for them to pay your rent money online and never see your face when parting with their precious money.
