Meet the Team:
David Crown – President
Starting his management career in the early 90’s, David has seen all types of market cycles. He’s directed more than 400 acquisitions and sales. A hands-on owner, he meets every new client to learn about the unique attributes of their property, and to listen to their specific objectives.
Kyle Crown – Vice President
Trained at the Wharton School of Business in real estate and legal studies, he is a licensed broker. Kyle spent time with CBRE on the West Coast, and also worked on the East Coast as an acquisitions analyst for KTR Capital Partners before coming home to Los Angeles Property Management Group.
Michele Fleming – Director of Properties
Part of the LAPMG team for 6 years, Michele brings more than 20 years of experience in overseeing larger portfolios. She works directly with resident managers, and also has extensive knowledge of fair housing, rent control, systematic code enforcement, and other factors & regulations that affect our market.
Juan Quezada – Director of Construction & Repair Services
As a licensed general contractor, Juan has been overseeing all facets of construction and repairs for nearly 2 decades. He has special certifications in safety training, and listens attentively to owners as they describe repairs, remodels, and even additions to their investment properties.
Claudia Cormane – Office Manager and Maintenance Director
With years of industry experience, Claudia’s role is to oversee daily operations in the office, while directing a smaller sub-team that schedules repairs in the properties we manage. She is skilled in knowing the talents of our in-house maintenance technicians, and directs them accordingly to perform their work in the field.
Felipe Sattler – Senior Accountant
Felipe brings extensive accounting experience to his position, designing innovative income and savings programs to add to the bottom line of our client’s income. He is especially well-versed in the software that we use to track all financial matters affecting your investment.
